Salad Bag Art

The Salad Bag Art competition launched by UK salad bag producers invited youngsters to create a work of art from salad bag leaves and salad vegetables.

From faces and frogs to butterflies and boats, Salad Bag Art shows just how creative children can get with a bag of salad.

Fourteen-year-old Naomi Cook, from South Wales, won top prize in the 2008 competition with her healthy salad fish.

The 2007 Salad Bag Art competition was won by eight year old Lea Mae from Todmorden, for her ‘cr-eat-ive’ piece depicting a girl walking a dog.
